Even though the file is OK through the XML parser, there may be one of the attributes which the iGoogle code can't process properly.
One possibility that I can see: the footer.centre_image should be 140 px high — yours is 175 px high. Also the description contains a hyphen character — I don't know if this is a problem as I'm not sure what special characters are allowed or not, the Reference Guide is not specific.
