sounds like you're having some issues.
if you are still reading this from even though you've unsubscribed...

yes there are some gremlins out there that can make your theme
vanish.
it happened to me a few times.
to solve this issue you'll need to rename the folder on you server
that the assets are in.
change www.myurl/igoogle/supertheme to www.myurl/igoogle/supertheme_v2
update you xml file to reflect the new image location and it will now
work again.

why this happens, you got me... i kept thinking it wa the google team
messing with me. but i'm guessing it's a glitch of some kind.

as i had to rename my folder several times.

if you have any question about the theme creation process ( file size
or resolution )

i would goto
http://www.nikibrown.com/designoblog/2008/07/13/how-to-make-an-igoogle-theme/
download the files and use them as a template.
make your "paintings" fit the size and dimension provided.

this is what i did and it worked.

you do need to host your files on a server that is publicly
accessible.

once you meet all of the requirements and submit your theme it can
take a few weeks to show up.
mine showed up in about a weeks time.

good luck.

google gremlins are out there just don't feed them after midnight.
