probably not the answer you want to hear, but the best way is to learn
how to read thai. i know it seems like a daunting task, but really,
it's not too difficult. half of the letters are rarely used, and it's
basically an alphabet. if you want to learn thai pronunciation, then
you have to learn the tones as well. knowing how to read thai will
help you improve your tonal pronunciation because the reading will
indicate the tone.
