Hi Chandra,
Google Sites won't let you insert arbitrary <script> tags, so you
unfortunately can't add the gadget this way.
To add the gadget, edit the current page...
Under the "Insert..." menu, at the bottom, there is a section for
adding gadgets
Click "More..."
Then search for "Translate My Page".
The gadget should come up.
Select it, and it'll be inserted.
