If you can provide their operating system and browser information we
may be able to help.
Normally the original text should be hidden, until you mouse-over the
text, and a popup should show this original text. It sounds to me
that the Javascript and/or CSS isn't working correctly in their
browser and thus they're seeing everything all at once.
