How about adding the following capabilities: 1) Text to speech -- there's a "speak" button so that a translation can be spoken out loud by a computer. This greatly helps those who want to learn a language. Later, this feature can be made mobile or portable which can be a test-app for a "live" translator. 2) Speech to text -- clicking on a "listen" button, user speaks into the microphone, and Google converts it to text, which then translates into the other language. Since the user already indicates what the original is, it should be easier for Google to identify it. Again, it can help those learning a language, and this app can be made portable or mobile later on.
