Hi all - I've dragged the 1-click translation button to my Firefox 3 toolbar, for translating selected text on a web page from German to English. The accented characters are all messed up, and so the translation doesn't work very well. I'll try pasting an example of what I see; on the original web page it's: Düstere Aussichten für Europa: Die Wirtschaftskraft sinkt, die Neuverschuldung nimmt immer größere Ausmaße an. Viele Länder werden die Maastrichter Defizithürde reißen, darunter Deutschland - doch die EU will erst mal kein Strafverfahren gegen die Krisen-Schuldensünder eröffnen. When I select the text and click the translate button in by browser toolbar, I get the google translate window, with the text in the source box, but it looks like this: Düstere Aussichten für Europa: Die Wirtschaftskraft sinkt, die Neuverschuldung nimmt immer größere Ausmaße an. If I manually copy the text and paste it into the box, it works fine. But something in the javascript button is not working. It used to work in the past, maybe only with Firefox 2, can't remember... Anyone have a fix for this? An updated working button? Or could have a look at the javascript and see what's wrong? Or tell me how to contact Google about the problem? Thanks...
