None Filipino to English - Only Translates One Word at a Time, Does Not Translate Paragraphs

For some reason, if I past a paragraph into translate.google.com and
select Filipino, it cannot translate the paragraph.  It does not
translate anything.  If, however, I paste individual words into the
box, it can translate the individual words by itself.

Is this a bug?  It is a bit annoying to have to paste every word of a
paragraph into the translator one by one just to get a translation.
