Unfortunately no, there's no way to get back side-by-side right now.
Thanks for the feedback though! We'll definitely take it into
consideration.
One thing I'll point out, is we do show sentence level alignment on
mouse over, so if you hover you mouse over a sentence in the
translation, we'll show you the original text in the tooltip above
it... this may solve some of what you liked about side-by-side
translations.
