It sounds like you're using a Japanese IME. Correct?
Where you type English sounds and they are converted to Japanese
characters?
But this isn't working for you in Google Translate?
We had a bug with this, that we believe we have fixed. Can you try
refreshing your page, and maybe clearing your cache, then refreshing,
and let us know if it's still a problem?
