I do not know if this is an issue in other languages, but I am keenly
aware of the following problem with Russian:

For some dumb (and arbitrary, I expect) reason, Russian speakers are
allowed to substitute "e" for "ё" when writing in most cases.
However, this is a great issue for those dealing with or learning the
language as a non-native speaker.

Therefore I would respectfully request that all (and I mean ALL)
Google translation into Russian including the dictionary function show
words with "ё" when any word includes that letter, regardless of
whether a native speaker would put the dots above the 'e' or not.

A native speaker will not even notice this, or not care, whilst all
the rest of us will fully appreciate knowing how to pronounce the word
properly.

I would go so far as to show the proper spelling when someone puts an
improper spelling in and hits the translate button.

Once this functionality is implemented, maybe we can get a movement
going to sway more native speakers to spell their own language
correctly, for the benefit of all concerned.

Thanks very much, I look forward to seeing this implemented soon! If
I can help, let me know.
