You can submit them with "suggest a better translation", but that will
not change your translation immediately. I am not even sure they use
such submissions yet.

But you can use the translator toolkit. There, you get to see your
improved translations immediately in the translated version, and it
also remembers it for the rest of the document. It may be possible to
save these translation suggestions in the form of a "glossary" or
"translation memory", but I have not experimented much with that yet.

The regular translator is for people who just want to understand a
text, the toolkit is for people who need to translate documents for
others (and like to use a machine translation as a starting point).

I hope the translator can make this into understandable French :-)
