Hi Justin,
I'm not an expert in Chinese, but my understanding is that Cantonese
is a spoken dialect of Chinese, but that the Chinese written language
is the same whether you speak Cantonese or Mandarin.
Our system should translate written Cantonese fine, choosing the
"Chinese" option.
