Hi Martin,
We've investigated this briefly, and we believe the widget may be
conflicting with some of the other Javascript libraries being used on
your site (looks like jQuery, swfobject, Prototype, etc.). We're
looking into the problem, to see if we can make our widget more robust
to the existence of other JS libraries, but I can't guarantee a quick
solution.
You may consider removing these other libraries, if possible, and see
if it starts working across the board.
Let me know any details you find out as it will help us come to a more
robust final solution.
