None translation problems

I don't remember when I have ever been so unhappy with a site.

I can translate with no problem, but can not print what I have
translated so that I can use the document.

Also I have saved the translation, but GOK where it ended up.  I went
to my account hoping to find saved items, but no luck.

Also not able to contact Google direct.  The help section is of no
help at all to me.

Please help me use this site.
