None Chinese Characters Missing !!!

Can somebody please tel me why the translation from English to Chinese
(Simplifies or Traditional) will leave multiple mini-squares on
CHROME? On FireFox browser it is mini-squares with double digit
numbers e.g. 34, 55, 68 etc. Do I need to download some library of
characters from somewhere? Thanks.
