I have been having trouble translating Chinese to English and vice
versa. Some words just don't translate, or translate improperly. For
example, when I translated "朋友" meaning friend, the entries were (in
order):
noun
1. amigo
2. bo
3. boyfriend
4. cobber
5. compadre
6. companion
7. comrade
8. friend
9. partner
10. pal
11. matey
12. fellow
Somehow, this does not seem kosher. I did not have this problem
yesterday. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved as
soon as possible. Have other people been encountering the same
problems?
