There are a number of issues in this thread, so I'm going to start by
addressing Heinz's original issue.
Heinz,
It sounds to me your page is in German, and you've appropriately
specified "pageLanguage:de", correct?
And your browser, is in German also? Or English?
When it prompts you, does it prompt to translate into English?
The easiest way to turn the auto prompting off, is to click the button
that says "Never translate <language>" button on the right hand side
of the banner.
Does that solve your problem, or am I missing the issue?
