Google Translate, you're doing it all wrong! I strongly appreciate that you've added romanized versions of your Japanese translations, but I've come to the conclusion that you were either exceptionally lazy about it, or your Japanese experts really didn't know what they were doing.
Here's a perfect example. There IS a Japanese word that translates to "blood" in English. But it isn't "Buraddo" Buraddo would be written in Katakana, yes? And Katakana is used for words that aren't native to Japan, and is typically phonetic. Therefore, by translating blood to Buraddo, you've basically given us a phonetic spelling for a word that ISN'T EVEN JAPANESE! And why am I wasting your time with a forum topic about this when you clearly have a "contribute a better translation" option? Because I don't want to have to correct every single word in this fashion. Another example. Ghost becomes "GÅsuto." Bravo, it's a Japanese pronunciation of an English word. Not really a translation, is it? So my suggestion to you is wipe out all Katakana words that are duplicate "translations" for Japanese words that don't appear as Katakana. There are some uniquely Japanese words in Katakana. Those can stay. But if I click "translate," and it just gives me back the word I put in, that's no good.
