As I understand ,All language settings must be identical. Thats what they are. All Windows setting ,all Google setting are in English and still Google adds a pop-up to translate it ! I wrote my site in English and I can perfectly understand my own language.
So why generates Google a very annoying pop-up ,at each and every website page ?
