There are some issues with the way Google works in Swahili. When default language is set to Swahili, available languages to translate to do not include Kiingereza (English). However, when locale is set to English, one can translate between english and swahili.
Further, it seems that when the browser locale is set to Swahili, translating to swahili is really translating to English for some reason.
