Starting around mid-June, the download function of the Google
Translator Toolkit has a problem.

You can see by the files I have uploaded, they are subtitle (.srt)
files.

The online version of the translation within the Translator Toolkit
shows the translations from the file ok, but for some reason, when
downloading the file, the downloaded files has the text grouped in 6
second blocks. Thus, making the translations useless as the text no
longer necessarily appears at the same time as when the person on the
video says the words and secondly, trying to read through 6 seconds of
translations is often difficult.

I know this happened around early/mid June because I have a downloaded
file from one of the uploaded files from early June where the file was
as expected, but all my downloads (even of the same file) since then
has the text grouped in 6 second blocks.

When will this be fixed to work again?
