1. you can't get content translated without sending the original content to Google service. After all, the translation is done on the server side 2. you need to make sure the channel you send the content is secure (like, no malware or something like that) 3. Google will conform its legal obligation to protect user data 4. in general case like this, please refer to term of service document for further detail Are you referring to Translate Toolkit or general text content?
