In Google Translate, the space where users input the original text to be translated is a textbox. Inside this box, Ctrl+A selects all the text, making it easy to copy the original and paste it elsewhere. However, the output, translated text appears below or to the side without such a box surrounding it. Thus, Ctrl+A of the translated text selects the entire webpage. To select *only* the translated text, to paste it elsewhere, users have to rely on a mouse and drag +select functionality, which may occasionally lead to accidental over- or under-selection, and at any rate is slower than simply using the keyboard.
For the sake of improving the efficiency of Google Translate, I request that the engineers at Google output the translated text to a box similar to the one used for inputting text, if HTML5 standards allow for such a change.
