Hi Rebecca,

Assuming you are using our old Translate My Page gadget, I'm guessing
the problem is the encoding of your page.... or maybe our gadget.

If you add:
  <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;charset=utf-8" >
to your page, in the <head> section, that should fix things.

You also might consider upgrading to our translation element,
available here:
http://translate.google.com/translate_tools
