Thanks, otropogo The team is currently busy on developing the Google Translate itself. The hovering feature is really what the team for "Google Group" should integrate.
I am not 100% sure about the argument that hovering is more useful than toggling, unless you have a descend knowledge about the foreign language. Secondly, the hovering feature might create a difficulty about which language to translate into (the UI language?). If you have more idea about scenarios where HOVER is more interesting, please let me know. Actually, we can have a new thread to discuss this, and share the thought with other users as well.
