thanks, that's a very interesting suggestion. Google translate, if you search for the academic publication around it, is based on statistics and corpus training, instead of deep understanding of the content or specific set of rules.
I am no expert, but it seems to me coming up with such universal semantic representation and make it universally understandable is even harder a question, which still only discussed in academia.
