Using IE 8, web pages have small text boxes of foreign words, maybe translations of some text....when the mouse points to the text. Sometimes this sticks and there is no way to turn it off.
It's not the google translate page...it's more like a mini translator. I want to get rid of this. Did it come on the Google toolbar? How to get rid of it.
