I would like to receive some sort of answer, so we know someone will be changing this soon. It's irritating to see my country/language being called by a wrong name!
Just to show I'm not the only one that has mentioned this to you, here's an overview of a search on holländska: The Netherland is NOT just Holland - 22-08-2010 - by me (Jeroen) Incorrect naming of selectable language "holländska" - 04-08-2010 - by Johan M Wrong terminology in Swedish google translate page - 25-03-2010 - by nataraja Description of the problem: In the drop down menu listing where you choose the language you want to translate, my language (Dutch) is called holländska in the Swedish part. That's wrong!!! In the Swedish language the Dutch language is called Nederländska. If you don't believe us, look at the following links: http://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nederl%C3%A4ndska http://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nederl%C3%A4nderna A part from the last link in English, that explains it: The Netherlands in its entirety is often referred to as Holland, although North and South Holland are actually only two of its twelve provinces Please change it!! -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "General" group.
