If Google allowed the billions of people in the world direct access to their switchboard it would be a nightmare of pissing and moaning -- This group is monitored and will be responded to by a Google employee w/n a few hours -- granted the answer may not be what you want to hear, but heck since we cannot hear the translations anyway.... well you get the gist
