This problem of the non-working listen button is not fixed and most of the questions about this problem have gone ignored! With this type of support I don't see Google competing in the future. The confidence levels are dropping as we speak. Close down some of these forums until you can get enough google employees to answer the many unanswered questions. Google you are not lean and mean, just fat and stupid.
