Haitian Creole is a language in the making - therefore, a lot of
translations are not available in google translate right now. The
old
tool allowed us to contribute to a better translation & that was a
better option for our language. It does not make sense to input an
English word and have the same word looking back at us and not have
the chance to contribute to a better translation. I have no problem
with the new "listen" feature; however, if Google wants to do the
right thing, at least in relation to the Haitian Creole language, you
will add the option to "contribute to a better translation." MV.

ps: I have appreciated using Google Translate more than any other
translation tools online because it was a user friendly tool - now,
don't revert that to a controlling issue - no one person or device
can
give all the answers that we need; it takes a community effort to
work
on languages..! MV.
