Hi Xi,

Perhaps, when the languages are listed in alphabetical order according
to English, it is easier for non-english speakers to say, oh my
language Tagalog is way down at the bottom of the drop-down.

Their usage of Latin characters might not necessarily use the same
order as English.  I'm not definitely sure about that theory, since
I'm not a linguist, just very good at English and semi good at pinyin,
which doesn't order Latin characters like English does.

In this new grid / two-dimensional / block format, the column
deliminator breaks this natural memorization process.
