I'm getting a big problem with this also. Using Chrome: 7.0.517.24 beta, Windows 7 64-bit, fully patched with the round of patches released on Friday.
The Combo box outline appears, allowing me to choose the "From" language. But the languages appear in a long single column list, instead of the multi-column format that was deployed recently. The language names are rendered on top of all the other text (starting below the dropdown box).
