Hi! I'm just quite confused because the GOOGLE TRANSLATE bar suddenly stopped working on my computer a couple of times. Although there's this "Translation Bar" extension that is available for installation in Google's extension gallery, my concern is that I already had the Google Translate activated in my computer without installing any applications or extensions regarding Google Translate. It automatically just appears above the webpage, resembling somewhat like a toolbar. I believe it automatically comes along with Google Chrome, am I right? However, at times it re-appears, other times it does not. Why is this so? I hope someone could give me an elaborate reason why. I'm looking forward to your responses. Thank you very much! =)
