Here's a suggestion for the translations to Japanese, Chinese and other languages with other ways of writing: instead of a button "read phonetically" (or in addition to that button), when putting the mouse over the translated word, show the phonetically reading!
This way, we can see the phonetically reading of all suggested translations, since, at the moment, only the first suggestion is phonetically readable.
