Hello!

Normally a ㅅ or ㅆ on the bottom of a character would romanize to a "T"
like sound if the next character started with a consonant. Example: 햇빛
haet-beet Sunlight.

However, when the next character following a ㅅ or ㅆ on the bottom is a
vowel, the ㅅ/ㅆ keeps it's original "s" sound.

I hope this helps in some way, I didn't know where else to report
this.
