I can confirm this is not fixed. I have tried it on the following browsers. SRWare Iron 7.0.520.0 (63000), Firefox 3.6.12 & Firefox 4.0b7, all on Windows 7 64 Bit and Ubuntu 9.10 64 Bit. Internet Explorer 8 64 Bit
All have the same problem, on the main page http://translate.google.com you click the link "translate a document.", the text box disappears and nothing else is shown.
