would make an excellent success story.

"One time I helped an old crying non English speaking Arabic woman who
sat next to me on a flight find her family with the help of my iPhone
and Google translation.

I wrote:

Can you read English? I want to help. I am sorry I do not speak
Arabic. We are in Nashville. I will help you find an Arabic
translator. They will help you get to Memphis.

She clung to me until somehow we met with her family outside (who she
had never seen before) and kissed me like five times before she left.
It was intense."
