Hi YJ, The Translate Element does not work on older versions of the iPhone operating system. If you update your iPhone to a more recent version of iPhone OS or iOS, it should work correctly.
I just tested your site on the iPad and the translation element works great. I don't have an iPhone on hand right now, but I'm certain iPhone's with recent updates to the OS will work correctly.
