Hi YJ, No this is not related to those issues. The web translation I refer to is when you enter a URL at http://translate.google.com/, and we translate that page for you, for example: http://translate.google.com/translate?js=n&prev=_t&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&layout=2&eotf=1&sl=en&tl=fr&u=www.cnn.com
