Hi Mouri, It appears both your case and Rodrigo's, you're failing to load the CSS file for http://translate.google.com/
It'll be one of these two: http://translate.google.com/translate/static/m2czpWp8kWc/css/desktop_ltr.css http://translate.google.com/translate/static/m2czpWp8kWc/css/desktop_rtl.css Rodrigo suspected his company's firewall might be blocking access to that URL for some reason. Are you able to load either of the above URLs?
