Hello,

I've found something I find perplexing. I've recently been asked to
offer an option on our website that allows automatic text translation.
This is mostly because we are trying to reach out to Spanish speaking
families and make it easier for them to understand about our program.
In the past we used Bablefish to translate but found the translations
to be quite horrible and off. We are trying Google translate now.

So I took the code from http://translate.google.com/translate_tools
and put it on every page in our site in-between the body tags like
it's suggests. It puts the text dropdown select box in just fine as
well as translate the pages with no problem.

Now for the odd part, I tested all of this in IE because that's what
our office has to use and found that it not only translated the pages
but as I browed the site it remembered the translation selection. So
If I started and the home page, selected Japanese, and then went a
couple pages in it would show them all in Japanese. However when I got
home I tried it out in Google Chrome as that's what I use and found it
translated okay but it wouldn't carry the translation from page to
page.

I find it a bit odd that a Google project like translate wouldn't work
in its amazingly awesome browser chrome (shameful fan boy plug).

I've done some searches and not really found anything conclusive other
then it's supposed to work. Perchance someone here could offer me some
insight as to what I might be doing wrong? Our website is www.seqbsa.org
