For me the issue isn't fixed, using:
Win 7 (build 7600)
Google Chrome 9.0.597.19 dev
Flash 10,1,103,22

Still getting no sound when using the "listen"-button. Works fine in
IE 9.0.7930.16406
Firefox 3.6.13
AND Chromium: 10.0.614.0 (69528)
