Hi Kingskander, We're aware of this issue affecting some users, but we have been unable to pinpoint how to fix it for everyone yet.

The issue is caused by the CSS and/or JS not being able to load, which for other users has been due to some blockage by firewalls. We're unsure why this is happening.
