information with us please?

   1. The browser you're using to visit translate.google.com (e.g. Internet 
   Explorer 7, Google Chrome 5, etc) 
   2. The operating system of your machine (e.g. Windows XP, Mac OS 
   X 10.6.4, etc)
   3. Whether you have Adobe Flash player installed and enabled. You can 
   test this by visiting this page: 
   http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ 

This will help us investigate the problem.
