The current Google Translate JS widget/toolbar has a keyboard trap -
once a language is selected in the toolbar with the keyboard (via the
html dropdown "Translated with: XXXX" menu), pressing TAB appears to
do nothing, when instead it should cycle through other elements in the
page.

This is a very serious accessibility issue which means that any site
implementing the Google Translate widget can't achieve compliance with
WCAG 2.0 level A (the most basic) - and therefore faces a difficult
choice between breaking compliance or not using the widget at all.

Please investigate and address this ASAP, thanks.

See http://www.w3.org/TR/UNDERSTANDING-WCAG20/keyboard-operation-trapping.html
for more details on the keyboard trap requirement/testing/etc.
