To help slow down the machine and listen more comfortably i suggest
two things 1-use the dot and space after what you want to listen to,
example: j'suis tres bien. et vous? notice how i divide the sentence
to listen more carefully. 2- repeat the part of the sentence which you
like to listen to, example: j'suis tres bien. et vous?. j'suis
tres bien. et vous?. j'suis tres bien. et vous?. and so on...
hope this help even if little.
