Hi petun, This an unfortunate problem that affects a very small number of our users, but unfortunately we can't do very much about it. It is likely caused by a problem with how your proxy or firewall is configured.
The best suggestion I can make is to use Google Chrome or Google Toolbar, which has a built-in translation feature which won't suffer from this problem.
