Hi, i try to translate pdf http://www.marchespublicspme.com/documents/CMP-2009-code-des-marches-publics-2009.PDF from french to english but get a document which is only partially translated. About 20-30 pages are in english and other remain in french. Result is almost the same when translating a link or a local document. Is this a bug?
